About Wyld

Dance Meditation Classes in Utah & Beyond

Wyld is a wellness practice that uses dance and meditation to connect to yourself and build meaningful community. Wyld connects body, mind, and soul. From its beginning in 2009, Wyld has offered a safe and fun place for people of all ages to find freedom and joy in their bodies. In this hour-long meditative dance class, our trained instructors will guide you through finding a connection with yourself and others. Together, we will create an authentic space for playfulness, growth, and connection. 

 

Wyld is a raw, honest, and inclusive place to let go, be free, and find happiness. You don’t have to be anyone or anything other than yourself when you attend one of our classes.

 

We know that investing in yourself is the safest bet you can make, and we’re here to help you make that investment. Don’t be afraid of the Wyld. Wyld is for everyone at any stage of life. You can never outgrow the space or be too novice to join. Prepare yourself to keep coming back for more, not only will you feel good in your body when you’re in one of our classes, you are guaranteed to have fun too.

Wyld is a way of living, a way of letting go of who you think you should be and becoming who you are meant to be. Does this sound like a tall order? Don't fret. You were born to do this and living Wyld is here to help! Our purpose is fueled by our desires. When we find our purpose we find our power. All you have to do is open your heart and mind. As we unfold our best life, the happiness of others becomes our own happiness. Here's to living and loving Wyld.
